Willys arrives in Brazil!

Willys first entered the Brazilian market with the introduction of the Jeep Willys in 1954, made with American parts but assembled in Brazil. Then in 1956, the Rural was introduced also made with mostly American parts. The Willys Pickup for the Brazilian market was introduced in 1961.

The Willys Jeep Pickup/Ford F-75 is similar to the Brooks Stevens designed "Willys Jeep Truck" produced by Willys Overland in the United States from 1947-1965. The truck was a commercial success in Brazil, offering a robust 4x4 vehicle at an affordable price.
